Full membership not showing

Hi there,

I paid by credit card to add a premier membership to an existing account (it has an expired membership) for christopher.m.britt@gmail.com. When logged in, however, I do not see the complete archive of past episodes. It seems like it the membership hasn't yet been recoginized in the account. Any help would be appreciated.
