When you purchase a lesson from us, you are purchasing knowledge — something secret. Once you have that knowledge it is yours forever (unless you end up with amnesia). Because of this, we do not offer refunds on purchases.

Our software keeps track of every time you access your learning material.

In the event that you make a purchase and are not able to view the material, please read our help / FAQ page thoroughly and follow all the problem resolution steps there. If we can not solve the problem we will find an alternate way to get the information to you.
